Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Direct-Nutrition guarantees every product that we sell. Our Products are manufactured under even more stringent quality controls than required by federal and state agencies. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return the unused portion within 1 year of purchase for credit, exchange or refund. Please follow the instructions on the back of your invoice and mail the unused portion back to us.
If your return is not the result of our error, you are responsible for the return postage. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
